Where can I buy tickets for Offset?
We strongly advise that you purchase your tickets in advance. This can be done online via eTickets. Details of additional stockists will be made closer to the event.
When you arrive at Offset, your ticket will be swapped for a wristband which must be worn throughout the weekend.
I've purchased my ticket online. What happens now?
If you book online through eTickets, a confirmation email will be sent to you as well as an eTicket - simply print the eTicket out and bring with you to the festival. If you do not print your tickets out, access will not be allowed to the event.
If for any reason you do not receive your ticket, please email info@offsetfestival.co.uk with your full name and email address.
If you book online through SeeTickets, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your tickets will be posted to you by Royal Mail, unless specified on the See Tickets page.
How do I get there?

What time does Offset open and finish?
Our campsite opens at 9.30am on Saturday 4th September.
The main event opens at 11.30am on Saturday, with bands starting at midday and finishing at around 11pm - music and entertainment will continue until 2am.
The festival reopens at 10.30am on Sunday - bands will play till around 11pm, with music and entertainment until 1am.
The campsite closes at 12 midday on Monday 6th September.
What is an earlybird ticket?
An earlybird ticket is a reduced price ticket which we offer for a limited time only.
What facilities are available for customers with a disability?
Disabled parking is located close to the festival entrance. Please ask to be directed by the stewards upon entering the site. We will endeavour to provide you with an easy access into the event with a steward to fast track your entrance. To enable us to provide this service please inform a steward at the main entrance of your arrival and numbers.
Can I drive to Offset?
Yes, please see our travel page if you'd like directions. Parking for the whole weekend is £2. Our well-lit car park is patrolled by a security team, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen. Campervan and Caravan permits will cost £20 in advance - please email info@offsetfestival.co.uk for information on receiving a permit.
How much do children pay for a ticket to Offset?
Under 12s can come to Offset for free if accompanied by a paying adult.
Why is glass not allowed at Offset?
The forest which hosts Offset Festival is a public park and wildlife reserve. In consideration of this, health and safety laws do not allow glass bottles and other items to be brought onto the grounds.
What am I allowed to bring onto the campsite?
For safety reasons, stoves, BBQs and other cooking equipment including gas canisters are not allowed on the campsite - fires are not permitted. You may bring alcohol with you but this is strictly limited to 1 crate per person.
Will there be cash machines on site?
There will be cash machines located on the festival site. As with all festival cash machines, there is a charge associated with withdrawing cash.

What food can I buy at Offset?
A wide variety of food will be available at the event, including vegetarian, vegan, and organic options.
